Legendary gender activist and performance artist Diane Torr runs a workshop with a simple, radical premise: for one day, a group of women will live, move and pass as men. As they bind, suit up and step into the world, they discover how much of masculinity is costume, performance and permission, and what it reveals about the lives they usually lead.

Why This Film Matters: Funny, disarming and quietly profound, it makes the invisible rules of gender suddenly visible, asking what any of us could learn by stepping into a body the world treats differently.
